Default Question about QTP headers...

I was wondering if the emissions headers come with Air and EGR....

I ordered a set for a 2002 and they sent me a pair with Air and EGR. Do they come like that if you order emission only or did I get a wrong set ?

They should not have come with EGR reguardless if you told them it's for a 2002. If you ordered "emissions" headers for a 2002, it should just have 1 bung on each side, for the AIR system only.

So for AIR, It supposed to have One bung on each header ?

I thought it was just one bung on the driver side header.

Mine have one on the Driver and one on the passenger.

Is that right ?

Yeah, those don't appear to be the correct ones. Why are you running the AIR/EGR anyway?

Those are for the AIR system, you have the correct set.

Cars with EGR and AIR have a total of 3 bungs on the headers. The AIR system pumps fresh air to get the cats up to spec faster on cold starts. Since there is a cat on each side, you would need a bung on each side as well.
