Tb diffrences
Bret does putting a sharp edge on the outside of the tb blade make that big of a difference?

Nope, actually it hurts. The leading edge of something in a air stream wants as a best case scenerio, a big round radiused edge. Second to that is not a sharp edge, but a flat squared off one. I do not play with the edge due to the fact that if I did the seal with the throttle plate when it was closed would not be good enough.
I hope that helps. I have looked at some things, but the gains they give either cost too much for the consumer, are not big enough of a gain, or are not practical. The prototype large Bore TB's i'm working on have a few interesting things I am trying because I have to make throttle plates for them anyways.
I hope that helps.
