exhaust tips About 3 years ago i put the SLP loudmouth system on my car and ever since then i have left the dual dual tips on there. I just order some megs dual dual tips that have a 3.5 inch outlet and 3 inch inlet, My problem is i cant get these old tips off worth anything, I can get the clamp off but the tips wont budge, they are not welded. can anyone help me with these. Also, my left exhaust tips is starting to sag. I can pull it back into the position but once i hit a bump, it sags again. How can i fix this. Thanks. I drive a 2002 Ws6. Try taking a grinder with a cutting wheel and cut a strip parallel with the outlet pipe. Just go deep enough to cut the tip so it will releave the pressure holding it on. You could also try heating the tip up with a tourch to swell the tip off. Were the clamps holding the tips the "U" type??
