what rpm are u head/cam guys running

what rpm are all of you head/cam guys running.

what have all of u done to strengthen up your engine? rod bolts oil pump etc.

i'm shifting my 01 ws.6 m6 at 6,600. my motor blew a rod. to make it stronger,i just bought a agostino racing block. last year 11.7's(all motor) this year 11.4's,''i hope''
