exhaust question

exhaust question it seems like of alot of black stuff is coming out of my exhaust, like carbon,,, am i running too rich on fuel? how can i fix it? or is it just normal, here is a pic of what it looks like:

Free Ram Air
SLP Lid (completly sealed)
K&N Air Fliter
Ported MAF
EGR Mod
Hooker Mid Length Headers
Stock Y pipe
Exhaust Cut Off
