Backfiring! WTF
Backfiring! WTF Well my car is really backfiring crazy style lately!
I understand that after headers the car will run rich, but I think I'm running super-rich. The car backfires when the engine is cold..I figure thats common, and it also tends to backfire if I sit at a light or whatever for more than a minute. My main concern though is that the car is backfiring especially in 3rd gear, above 3800rpms. The car starts going POPOPOPOPOP POP POP only in third gear at above those RPMs. No other gear really has that problem. What's up with that?
