160 thermo.... questions w/ install

1) Remove your main drive belt and cover your lower one with something to keep the coolant off of it. During the swap, mine got some Dexcool on it and it later developed a squeal that drove me nuts and eventually caused for a new one. You should have seen the looks I got in traffic. I felt like I just came from Fred Sanford's junkyard making all that racket! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
2) Remember to "bleed" your system after refilling to get the air out. It will work without doing this but it will make it easier if you use the release valves and let the air out.
