Default LS2 intake + boost...

been thinking of switching to an LS2 intake(port matching it) and LS2 90mm throttle body when I build my new motor.. Wonder how that will do with boost compared to an LS6 intake and stock 78mm throttle body....Anyone tried it???

I heard it didn't make any more power or less than an LS6 intake on a NA car. But on a boosted car I wonder how much the 90mm throttle body of the LS2 will help

I chose the ls2 and have a 90,mm on my boosted TA... I find it simple...boost benifits from flow... this flows. I removed my FAST 90 for the more stock looking ls2.. I found no change... but i did not back to back dyno... blowing the tires off is blowing the tires off and Im not sure I would see even 25 hp change. I suspect there was no, or minimal loss...

Yeah your right, I'm going to blow the tires off either way...

the 90mm opening will help since its gonna be boosted it might come out above the ls6 just by a tad tho... if it were me on a boosted car i would go with a weiand intake and port the hell out of it since its aluminum.you could probably port the intake to a much bigger diameter too with the weiand and get an adapter so it will fit a NW TB.
