Default Scraping badly
I have probably almost scraped a hole through my hooker longtubes, and definatly almost through my hooker ypipe, anyone made a skid plate , or anything along those lines, and have some pictures online? Im thinking about getting some sheetmetal and tacking it to the bottom of the car and covering each header collector.

what are you scraping on? the hookers are supposed to have the best clearance. I've heard of people making skid plates for other headers, so im sure you could make some for the hookers.

I only have about an 1 1/2 clearance from the bottom of the header to the ground. I guess ill just tack some sheet metal under there.

Maybe its just time to get a set of mac headers. You'll never scrape the header collector again.

Damn, what do you have on that car? a 4" drop?

I have FLPs and a bit over an inch drop and my lowest point is 4.5" from the ground.
