Default ORY-Pipe Questions PLZ

I have a pretty good feeling my stock Cats are about to take a Crap! I have 50k on them. I was wonder a couple of thing about an ORY-pipe. First is, Will my car get anyworse gas mileage with it?
Will it run richer even though im puting the O2 Simms in the Rear O2's? Also what's the Best one/Cheapest One to get ? I really need some good opinions <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thanks Alot Guy Apericate the Help <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

I ran gutted cats, then mufflex cat bypass pipes for a while on the stock manifolds. The gas milage actually improved. Car ran great like that. I didn't notice much gain with the gutted cats, but the mandrel bent larger diameter Mufflex pipes gave a nice SOTP increase.

I now have headers with an ORY on the car.

MAC makes a full ORY for LS1. The mufflex race pipes just replace the cats and use the rest of the stock Y-pipe.
