Edelbrock catback
As a new member I am wondering if anyone has any thought on the Edelbrock catback for the LS1?
Have not seen anything on it anywhere
Thanks

Re: Edelbrock catback
i have it.....i put this catback on EVERY F BODY I HAVE HAD (87z,96z, and now my 99 ws6)
IF U WANT QUIET......GET IT...DO NOT GET IT FOR POWER...i actually LOST POWER puting it on <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> but its ok because i wanted the quietest muffler i could get for the car.
if u want "kinda quiet" but REAL GOOD FLOW get a STOCK WS6 MUFFLER....a buddy of mines put a borla cat back on his car the SAME DAY he bought it dyno it the next day and picked up 1.5 (yes 1 1/2) horsepower the car was a BRAND NEW 99 WS6 (3 miles on the car)
so if ya want real quiet(it rumbles a lil when u get on it.... but its real DEEP) get the edelbrock
