Default More power??
Will removing the cats on my 00 a4 t/a give me any power gains. DO you remove all four or only the two last ones?

It will give you more power, but not enough to make any difference what so ever.

keep your stock cats for smog when it comes around, dont gut them... just buy some pipe and weld on some flanges. camaros only have 2 cats by the way (they have four O2 sensors)

You've got four cats under that beast?

In all seriousness, there are only two and taking them out won't gain you much power at all, maybe 5-8 horsepower at most. Gaining that wouldn't be worth it to me since you live in CA and can get into some serious trouble there for that type of thing.

yea i do have 2 cats, my mistake i was thinkin about the 02 sensors
