fuel pump time.....
I need a suggestion on what fuel pump to buy. I'm going to do a head/cam swap this week so the pump needs to support between 500 and 600 hp and it needs to be quiet.
Should I go with an internal or external pump? Which lasts longer/works better?
Thanks,
Chris

LS1motorsports.com is the only place I can find that has the 340 and they rate it at "up to 500 HP"
then,
LS1 Speed has the 255L and they rate it at "supports over 600 HP"
I thought the 255L flowed 255 liters/hour and the 340 flowed 340 liters/hour.
If so, then how can the 255L support "over 600" and the 340 be good "up to 500"? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
this pump has gone over 550rw on fi cars so im thinking it can do 600rw (voltage boosted) on a NA car.. thats like 700 flywheel
the 2 sponsors are likely selling the same thing, one talking flywheel and one talking rear wheel.
