Re: Need info on whisper headers They 1" 7/8 primaries to a true 3" collector with 3 bolt flange. I think most would consider them mid-length headers. They are a little longer than the MAC's.
Fit.. other than the steering shaft is great.

Need info on whisper headers I'm trying to find a set of 1 7/8 headers for my 422. I'm looking at a set of used whisper headers. All I know is that they were a limited run and had some issues with rubbing on the steering shaft. Are these a true long tube header? I hope to use them on an x pipe system. Any other info on fit or performance is appreciated.
