Default Trouble shooting Code P0160 ?

New to this board! I recently installed the FLP header system with the ORP's and O2 sims. I'm getting Code P0160. I've been informed this is a problem with right rear O2 sensor input. What would you recommend I do to troubleshoot this?
My ideas: 1. check O2 sim connections by reseating them. 2. switch o2 sims left and right and recheck for codes. Your ideas? Thanks in advance. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

This is what the SES Translator said:

HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2

I would suggest getting another O2 sensor and seeing if maybe that was the prob? Maybe it's just a bad O2 sensor...

Sounds like you got a bad O2 simm. Try switching sides like you said.
