Avg. Install price for Headers and ORY????

Avg. Install price for Headers and ORY???? Im not getting headers soon but for budge planning purposes id like to know what some of you paid for a longtube headers with a ORY isntall, and what type of shops can do this.

If you do it when you do heads and cam, it won't cost near as much. Might not cost anything, depending on how the heads and cam install is done.
Typical is about $350 for headers. The Y pipe could be included or add as much as $150 depending on how much of a bitch it is to install.
Some of it depends on which headers your installing. Some people charge less for installing FLP's but more for other brands.
My headers were part of the my heads and cam install price, but the Mufflex Y pipe and to be cut apart and re-aligned and rewelded this added an extra $100 to the install because the Y had issues. When I crawled under the car later on saw what SRP had had to do to make the Mufflex Y work the way it should, I felt like I should have paid more!

Re: Avg. Install price for Headers and ORY???? you are close come to intune. I got my headers, oryp, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, slave cyliner, new master, pilot bearing, poly tranny mount, thermo stat, installed for 500. I wish i had not been so busy with work or i would have done it myself

Re: Avg. Install price for Headers and ORY???? A local speed shop around here does them for $250. I did my own, it was pretty easy. I think most of them are pretty easy except the SLPs.

Install price for Headers and ORY???? well as far as getting headers wih a cam/head setup, im not sure what route im going to take in the near future S/C or Nitrous, so ill probably just do headers to completemy exhaust/air. but hopefully ill be able to do headers soon (im still under warranty) unless headers havent had problems about voiding warranties??
