Default Lifted Head/Heads?

Last Staurday night I made 3 1/8th mile N20, 75hp shot passes, after the 3rd pass I pitted and popped the hood to let it cool. I noticed coolant had sprayed, leaked from what looked like the over flow tank area. I decided better to be safe than sorry so I took it home. Sunday morning I checked the over flow tank while it was cold, it was at the hot full level. I checked the radiator,it was low so I serviced it, started the engine and waited until the thermostat opened and topped it off. Then I cleaned the whole area and could not find the leak. The head area looks clean and dry, the engine runs fine, no over heat light. Is it possible I lifted the head/heads without blowing the head gasket? I'm concerned it will do this again, whats the best fix? New head studs and gaskets? Sorry this is so long, TIA,

Mark

When cold, remove the radiator cap and look for bubbles in the coolant.

Moving to the N20 section.
