Default New intake bolts for FAST 90...

Hey all. I have a 99 LS1 with a FAST 90 intake. The bolts, and several other bolts on top of the engine, have gotten rusty somehow. Since Im swapping the engine into a decently clean car, Ide like to replace those bolts with some new ones...or even some stainless ones. So basically two questions...:

1) Where can I get my hands on some new bolts...anyone make a kit?

2) Can I safely remove one bolt at a time and replace it with the new one, and not disturb the seal? This will be the first time Ive ever messed with a non-metal intake...so Im not sure how to handle the composite piece.

Any help would be great! Oh..and one last question just for good measure. Anyone have the part number for the gasket (o-ring) to go on the MAP sensor?? Thanks!!

Any local company like 'Fastenal' will have the bolts. On line 'Hillco' is an excellent choice. You can swap the bolts singely just don't due the final torqueing till all are swapped. And i'm no help on the TB gasket.

I read somewhere that ARP now offers a stainless intake bolt kit for LS1s in 6 or 12pt...Hillco has a nice selection...I picked my intake bolt kit up from Totally Stainless...you may also find a nice selection of bolts at your local Ace hardware store...

Thanks for the info guys. Do you know what size the bolts are? And are they all the same length? Or will I pretty much have to take each bolt out and size it up?

They're all (10 total) the same length...M6x1.0x110mm

If you're interested, here are the part #s for the new ARP intake bolt kits:
430-2001 6pt
430-2101 12pt
