Ported Holley or LS-6 intake???

Default Ported Holley or LS-6 intake???

I have just got a set of heads ported,my question is should I use the LS-6 or a ported holley intake the guy that ported my heads also ported a holley intake and is wanting to sell it to me for $500.It is brand new and is portmatched to my heads and looks really good,so what would any of you do? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> I also have a T-1,headers,and all the other bolt on stuff.

definently LS6, you'll also need a few pieces to convert from LS1 to LS6 such as the coolant line bypass kit.

Intake from an '01 or newer LS1 is the same as an LS6, so you might already have it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Well my car is a 99 so I don't have the LS6 intake <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> I was going to use the LS6 because I have seen and read nothing but good things about it,I was just wondering if anyone has ported a holley and if they liked it or not,thanks for all the info.

Not really new I just hardly post on this site. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
