Holley Filter Oiling Question Team:
Do I apply the oil on both sides of the filter or just one side?
How much do I apply.......I was wondering....doesn't the oil block the air flow?

Does the solvent cleaner that comes in cleaning kit remove the oil also? Although I have made sure there is minimal oil on the the outlet side, will it block air flow?
