MAF question????

MAF question???? Okay.. whenever you guys say to switch the maf backwards...are you talking about the ends only or the whole thing..(the ends with the sensor piece)....if it is....the sensor plug that reads..THIS SIDE TOWARDS AIR BOX...will be on the opposite side right....or will it just be upside down???....Btw...mine is screenless but not ported and it is an a4....will it be okay or should I not try this if it is screenless.........
I also have a set of ported ends.....and last time I checked it with autotap from a friend it didn't ping at wot.....so I'm just trying different things....but would like input on this <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
