Fast LSX vs LS6 Yes I already know that the Fast LSX + Fast 90mm throttle body is the "cats meow" but one is looking at $1100 - $1200 ..... for a car that wont be running a procharger or nitrous, will likely do a cam upgrade from stock, will likely not be going with a head upgrade, has LT headers and a good tune and dynos 353 rwhp. I am trying to figure if keeping my stock LS6 manifold and adding a BBK 80mm throttle body would make better sense at around $375 ??
I think for the money you WOULD spend on the LSx manifold/90mm tb, you could get a set of TSP heads, so it's definatly out.
The only reason I have an LSx setup is because I plan on building a motor this summer that will need it. I think the 80mm bbk is a waste of money when you can have the stock TB ported for some decent gains.
