What do yall think about the Thunderracing Project Wifes Trans Am , do u think with those bolt ons that time is true <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> . Just askin , it looks real good and very cheap to do . And would u go with the mid length or some long tubes.

I don't recall the mods on that car off hand. I highly doubt Paul @ TR wouldn't list accurate numbers.

Of course those times are legitimate. You need to go to ls1tech's 1/4 mile section and take a look at the bolt-on list. Over 50 members of ls1tech.com have gone 11.96 or quicker with only bolt ons!

Jessica's car was a relatively mild setup as well, with only a 3200 stall. They did pull the passenger seat and run slicks and skinnies, but in comparison with other cars this is mild.

To answer your question about the headers, I'd personally get the full lengths. Some will say the mac's are fine, but with the number of full length race headers out there the price difference is negligable.
