Well the battery in the car is dead after two months in the garage. So I bought a DieHard charger and it has a 2 amp trickle charge setting. How long can I let it charge for. I want to get a good charge in it so this doesn't happen again. Any input.

 

It should have an auto-shutoff feature. I usually put it on and let it sit overnight.

 

If you store your car for a long time, disconect the (-) post before you store it.


i just use a quickstarter everytime mine goes ded.
Just jump it and get it started up, then drive on the freeway for 30+ min's at 60+MPH and it will be fully charged i think.
30 or 45 i dont remember
