Re: bg ram air No contest, go with the BG kit. The fast toys makes the ram air hood nothing but a usless weight on your car. The BG on the other hand, put thoes two nostril to good use, and it looks good compared to the grills that came from the factory IMO <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: bg ram air I wouldn't expect much of a gain in a 1/4. The Ram Air is useless until speeds of at least 50mph. The key word is RAM. From a stop the induction won't work at all. I have heard of some guys getting 1 - 1.5 tenth in the 1/4 abd some have even picked up 1-2 mph. Again these gains will come from mid-track to the top end.

Re: bg ram air The big gains will be found above 100 mph. I do road course and ORR ( http://silverstateclassic.com ) stuff. The gains at 165 mph are huge, while the gains at 80 mph would be very small. It's not really much of a dragstrip mod, although it would help some.
