LS6 intake with EGR question? I am planning on buying the GM88890524-B Z06 INTAKE WITH/EGR MODIFICATION (emissions state).Do I need any other parts, gaskets or installation kits? Does the old EGR pipe fit into the new LS6 intake/ EGR provision without any modifications? I have read that the pre 2001 cars need to change the rear coolant pipe for the plugs and install the 2001 coolant pipe for the front. Parts listed below.

I just did this install last weekend. I purchased mine from TyByrne Motorsports and it came with a new front coolant tube and 2 block offs for the back. I had problems with the EGR hook up. The directions stated to cut the existing tube at a certaine point.(There were directions and pictures to show this.) I ended up having to make my own connection to correct the issue. I am satisfied with the install and do feel a "seat of the pants" difference from 4000 rpms up.
