How bad did I screw up.
How bad did I screw up. I installed a z06 intake a while back and decided to yank it off and clean up all the air lines and old egr stuff. Also wanted to make sure it was not just an ls1 intake w/o the egr stuff. Well its a Z06 intake.
In the process of removing it. There was a harness going into the engine about an inch & 1/4 tall black round plastic piece that goes into the engine directly behind the intake it has a blue harness on it. I broke it off <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> . What is it. When its broken off it has little metal tabs in it so I know it has to be replaced. I dont even know what its called to get another one and it looks like it was screwed into the engine somehow and now its broken off. As soon as I get the digital camera I will post pics.

Re: How bad did I screw up. oil pressure sendingf unit. $46 fromthe dealer. Car will run fine w/o it as long as it's plugged, but you need to pull the intake again to put it back on.
