Hookers vs. SLP and others How do the Hooker LTs stack up against the SLP LTs and others? Is the performance about the same? I'm looking into getting Hooker LTs, any suggestions?
Re: Hookers vs. SLP and others SLP's are suppose to be tuned length headers, while the Hookers are not. After seeing everyone post the gains from the 2 seperate headers I chose the Hookers. I couldn't see a significant diffence in performance, especially for the price difference. Search for dyno numbers on both LT's and you'll probably see what I'm talking about. The Hookers came to about $720 totally installed since I didn't get them JetHot coated and got their y-pipe. Re: Hookers vs. SLP and others I can say I dropped 3-4 tenths and gained 3mph with my Hooker LT's and ORY-pipe. I bought them because they were the best bang for the buck, and I'm very satisfied.
