Factory says .040 but those are for the iridium plugs. There is another thread in the General Maint. section about this and I've seen people say anywhere from .36-.50. So I don't know but would like to as I'm going to be installing the same plugs as you in about a week.

Most were right in that area right out the box, but I'd check them all.

Factory non-iridium gap is .060, per the fender sticker on my car. I like my tr-55's at .055, as do alot of people on the boards. They come at about this gapping, but it's always good to run through and check them all.
BTW - Dab some anti-sieze on the plugs too, not a whole lot though.
