Default Mac midlength header install

Anyone know where I can find instructions on how to do a header install. This will be my first and my buddy that knows how to do it is out of town, I am starting first thing tommorow. All help is appreciated.

do a search on "MAC install"
i did this, and found ALOT of info on what all i should do, which WILL come in handy when i get around to getting mine in
also you could check LS1info.com, or LS1howto.com

The previous posts should get you in the ball park.. 1. Get the good metal GM header and air tube gaskets, dont use the ones with the kit or your old ones.(exhaust leaks suck) 2. Have a few spare plugs incase you break one in the process of getting the headers in 3. Drivers side will not give you a problem, passenger side will kick your butt.
