I've decided im getting a cutout but im I have an intership job this summer and I am making next to nothing. So i figured i would just get a manual cutout. I've heard of many people having problems with the electric ones and when i go back to school i won't have time to mess with that. My question is, should i go with the manual cutout (i wouldn't mind putting the plate on manually) and if so, where is the best location for it, sound wise, and easily accessable to get to so i can put the plate on and take off. I did and lot of searching and most people seem to have the ecutouts, so im just trying to figure out a good spot to put the manual one. Thanks

put it under the passenger side rear seat, it has an indention in the floorboard that looks like a cutout was suppose to be there. its in the I pipe and it sounds great, and is easy accessable to put the cap on, but who does that lol.
