Default NGK tr-55's?

Are they that much better than stock? What do I gap them at? I'm putting in headers next week.

I run TR5's. It's also hot here most of the year but some folks use TR6's in the winter & TR5's in the summer. I don't know anyone that uses the TR55's but know that you can depending on your spark needs.

Why would you use TR6s in the winter? They are a colder plug...

TR55s are stock heat range and come gapped at .059. I use TR55s and I like to gap them about .055 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
