Default what to do with $2000?

Im gonna have a little over $2000 to spend all together when I get my return in and I cant decide what I want to spend it on. The car is pretty much my daily driver. I dont go to the track but every 3 or 4 months, I mostly street race when I can. The car is a 99 TA M6 the only mods I have are in the sig. Some of the things I was thinking about were springs, 4:10's and new tires . I have to get new tires anyway so I thought about spending it all on 18's and new tires but I cant decide to many choices!
Any sugestions?

Longtubes and a cam would be money well spent.

Thanks for the replys. A rear is something i'll do down the road and since i dont go to the track as much i dont go through to manny hard launches. Investing sounds good but come on man I got alot of modding to do to catch up with the rest of you guys! Any more sugestions?

If I had it to do all over again, I would have started my mods off with a good perf. clutch and a 12 bolt. Then the go fast mods. Instead I opted for, "The Look" first, and spent $$$ on a hood and rims/tires...No regrets though, right?

What mods do you already have (if any)? That would make this a tad easier.

Clutch, cam, headers, and nittos. Hold off on the 4.10s because they some with the 12 bolt. No sence in buying gears twice

4.10's, T/A cover & studbolt kit, Moser axles, M&H's or ET Streets. Keeping launches below 3500, you'll be surprised how long it lasts....Have fun. WJ.

The 12bolt or the 9" gets my vote also. It is hard to pass up getting more power with your cash but, if you pass up the safety of the better rear and get the power you may HAVE to get a rearend soon.

Stage 4 Clutch from clutchmasters, its what I got and I am very happy. And do some handling mods, you wont regret it. BMR Panhard bars, BMR engine strut tower brace, Ripper Shifter (you said it was a 6spd right?) I have 17" Konigs, and they fit real nice since my car is lowered 2".
Or you could go for power and get hooker LTs, ORY O2 simms, and knock outs. Just my 2 cents.

When I have a tax refund, I always (i) pay off all credit card debt, (ii) max out my tax deductible 401-K ($12,500 annual limit) and then contribute to a non-deductible IRA ($3K annual limit)...

As a CPA, I will advise you that this is the best "investment" for your tax refund....

....now if you still have $2K left over, go for the inkate mods (MAF, smooth tubes, cold air package, air box lid, LS6 intake) you can port you own TB for zero cash.

I like the headers/cam idea that was mentioned at the top of this thread...

If you don't go to the track much, you aren't as likely to have a catastrophic failure in the rear end.
