traction control stays off

traction control stays off I just got my car out of the shop, i got an ls6 intake installed. Traction control sensor on dash stays lite to traction control off. I noticed that I have to female plugs that are not plugged into anything. 1 I think was for the egr system. The other plug is to the right of the intake. But i don't see anywhere it could go. Did anyone else have this problem or no whats wrong. Checked all fuses still can't figure out how to get traction control on.
