Ported T.B. problem

I ordered one a few days ago and I'm hoping this will solve the problem. The part number I have for the new style motor is 17113598 and it cost me $63.84 shipped from http://www.gmpartsdirect.com Can anyone verify this part number to make sure it's correct? I'm pretty sure it is right though. You say you already changed the 'top sensor'? Did you change it out with another old style?

Shaner is sending me a new style IAC, if it doesn't solve the problem he told me to drill the idle hole to 11/64.My fingers are crossed.
Just so you know, my chevy dealer quoted me 110.00$ for the new IAC. Screw that!!
