Motor mounts when doing headers...
Well, from what I've been reading, it's recommended to swap to tubular motor mounts when doing headers. Everyone that didn't do it wishes they did, everyone that did is very thankful. So, my question is, do I also go with prothane bushings as well or are the stock ones satisfactory.
BTW, my car shakes like no other when letting the SPEC stg 3 out anything less than dumping it, and I'd like to get rid of that. I'm thinking the mounts will help that problem, no? TIA!

So am I going to replace the bushings or the actual mounts? Both? I planned on buying a set of prothane bushings but if I have to buy the actual mounts as well, I guess I'll do that.

You just need the bushings. You take the factory "clam shells" apart and put the new bushings inside them, then bolt them up. There's a sticky at the top of this page with details.
The prothane bushings usually run about $50 and come with the bolts to put the clamshells back together.
