FAST/NW 9090, got it, now what???HELP

got my FAST 90 and my NW 90 TB...all looks good, needs a lil cleaning and itll be perfect...

I do have some questions now...

ok, to install these two items, do i need new gaskets or anything?? i have the gaskets that came with it, but i dunno if i shoudl get new ones...

ALSO

i figured out where all the bolts go...except thses shorter ones pictured below..where the hell do these go??? also what do i need to swap oput of the old ls6 into the new FAST??

The shorter ones in the 2nd pic are for your valley cover, the stock bolts are too tall.
