Just installed my Bauer ported TB
Thanks to Bret for providing a great product at a great price. Bang for the buck...this has got to be one of the best mods. Just thought I'd share for all the guys on the fence about getting one.

Sorry, my camera is out of whack and I was unable to take any pics. I can tell you that I sanded &buffed the TB for a good 5 hours before installation, so in addition to performing so well, it also looks the part. I'll have updated pics for the sig soon. Bret do you make TB's for anything else besides the LS series motors?

Yeah, Diesel choose to polish his own TB. I offer a version that is cleaned up and ready to polish if that is what you want. The cost more me to polish the outside is not really reasonable since I would rather spend my time getting people there TB back to them.
I know the TB's on your other car are VW units and they are usually Drive By Wire, and there is not much you can do to them. The GM 75mm unit is on alot of applications and leaves alot to be desired. That and the fact that the 75mm hole in the intake is the other end of the problem.
As to the other Q's
I do have some cores, but I need a core to come back to me that is un touched in some areas. A drilled out throttle plate is useless to me since you can't just replace a throttle plate easy. You can also buy a brand new GM one from my supplier, for a reasonable amount. That or you can look for one on the board or Ebay. E-mail me and I'll answer any other questions you have.
Les, red is by far the best color out there!
