Does anyone have actual before and after track times with this Mod?

Does it really do any good?

Noticable difference. My 99 SS picked up over 1 mph at the track from the FRA, TT & EGR free mods.

what is tt? and whats the best way to do the ram air mod? will it help on a ws6?

However, I'am looking for any true on track performance gains with the FRA by itself.

How could extra air flow hurt?

edit: It does slightly detract from 60' performance because you're sucking up hot air off the motor. The FTRA help negate that. I've run the same 60' with and without the !FRA. The benfits greatly outweigh the downside. Take that FWIW.
