Just ported TB
I just ported my tb and it came out pretty good. I noticed a significant increase in throttle response. Just recommending this freemod to anyone that has some spare time. Took me about 2-3 hrs and 3$ for dremel supplies.
I bondoed the iac and other airway up top, sanded that down smooth and redrilled holes where needed.
Knife edged everything and took out quite a bit of metal everywhere, also took out a few misc bumps and stuff. Cut half the tb shaft off, cut down the screws, etc.
Also did the tb bump stop for true WOT.

I used bondo. Just to fill in the idle air chamber to smooth it out. I don't think it will be a problem.
Used this guide:

Can some one please explain to me exactly what you do with the two slits that let air pass for idle. Do you just fill them in then redrill them once you are done? Or one of the guides mentioned some thing about puting some ss tubes in there. I want to give it a try but can't quite figure out what I do there.

I just filled them and redrilled with the biggest bit i had (working up from a smaller one to prevent cracks) . It is quite a bit more aerodynamic now.
