Need help with Stealth Air Box!!!

Need help with Stealth Air Box!!! I got a used Stealth airbox today. I tried to put it in tonight, and had fitment issues with the MAF. I just don't have enough room between the lid, the MAF, the bellows and the throttlebody. I tried it first with my SLP smooth bellows, and again with my stock bellows to try and reduce the space being taken up, but no dice. What can I do to get this sucker in?

Re: Need help with Stealth Air Box!!! This is the same problem I had/have with mine. I have no clue as to how to fix it. I declared the thing a P.O.S. and threw it in the closet. If you figure out how to get the MAF from being on top of the throttle body let me know.

But also I notice you saying you tried slp bellows. The stealth piece comes with its own bellows for both sides of the MAF. Do you have these?

Re: Need help with Stealth Air Box!!! Notching the bellows to conform to the small square castings on the MAF helped my stealth to fit "acceptably". I believe I notched the bellows on the TB end as well. This lets the bellows slide on each end just enough as to not create too drastic an angle to the TB.

Re: Need help with Stealth Air Box!!! Not sure if your trying to put it on like a regular lid, but it doesn't work that way. You must put the assembly together first, bottom assembly, filter, top lid, coupler,mass air, then attach that bellows to the mass air, THEN you put the whole assembly on the car. Hope this helps.

Re: Need help with Stealth Air Box!!! Ah, mine doesn't have the bellows, only the coupler for the lid to the MAF. I don't have the the bellows for connecting the MAF to the throttlebody!
