i checked my car and the fittings that are on the headers primaries are the same primaries as the stock manifold..for air...dont know if i made any cense
To get it all straight, this is from my experience with my 02 T/A (should be the same for the 01 F body)
The headers are correctly welded, at least as far as I can see in the pics, the AIR fitting on the drivers side, will not fit on the fitting on the header, without changing the rubber hose, the angles are wrong, so you can block that off and remove the rubber AIR hose and metal elbow from the AIR valve at the rear of the intake, then if you want, you can go and get a length of hose (looks like a foot will be enought) and get it to fit, the passenger side fits fine, no mods needed. EGR, use a block off plate and it'll be fine
FWIW mine throws a p1415 (I think that's the number) code for the drivers side air about every 2 weeks, I just delete it
The holes in the collectors on the inside are for the 02 sensors

damn this sucks ***....called tsp they keep telling me that everything is fine...i sent them the pics since 1 pm today but they havent even looked at them yet. i might as well just send the whole damn thing back and get my $$ and forget about this mod....
It seems all of them are like that, don't be hasty in sending them back, they will work, I'm running a set like that now, with no problems other than the AIR code (just haven't messed with trying to get the hose)
Put them on, block off what you need to, and drive the car it'll be fine
