TTS headers and LS6 intake question???

TTS headers and LS6 intake question??? I recently ordered a set of TTS headers for my 2000 WS6 M6 T/A. The problem is I also ordered a new LS6 intake and I am concerned that I should have ordered headers for a 01-02 since the LS6 intake doesnt use the EGR.
Did I make a mistake? It's not too late to change my order.

I think you can also just use an EGR block off plate if it doesn't. If you're not deleting the AIR then you need the headers you ordered anyway.
