<strong> I did mine kinda backwards. I bought the headers then sent them in to get coated. They look awesome right now. Here are a couple of pics:

I just bought the new batch of the Jet-Hot headers last month and put them on last night and they fit perfect,they don't hit the k-member or anything.Seems like all there problems have been resolved <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
As for the heat resistance, you can touch the headers after the car has warmed up, but I sure wouldn't want to hold my finger on it. However, definetly cooler then the stock manifolds. Wish I had a temp gun to take before and after readings on them.

I haven't crawled back under the car yet (will probably do that today) to check things out.
I love the sound, I'm running them through an ORY-pipe and Borla completely dirverted through the muffler. Idles pretty quiet but screams at WOT. The rasp isn't too bad, but does come around between 2-3k at part throttle. Kind of annoying... The biggest problem I had was an 11" gap between the y-pipe and catback!! That caused a major temporary PITA.
