Default Spark plug help fast!

Hey guys I'm in the middle of the LT install and pressed for time (getting dyno tuned tomorrow). I wasn't planning on doing plugs, but I figured why not. The car had Denso Iridiums and was running great, but I can't find them anywhere. Are Ac Delco Iridiums good to use? I know they cost $7 each but I don't care as long as they are good plugs and will last me a while. And what should they be gapped at? Thanks guys.

AC Delcos are fine. Gap around .055 I believe.

I second this. If you can find some NGKs, those are good too.

So the AC Delco's are good to use, good to hear. And .055 was what they were gapped at when I took them out, just needed to double check. Thanks again.

Do not gap the iridium plugs. You could possibly break the iridium electode. They should be "just right", out of the box.

I just put a set of NGK TR-55IX's (iridium) in my car and noticed no difference from the NGK TR-55's, runs great with either.

The iridiums last longer and require less juice

most people get the ngk v-power's which is a copper plug, but ngk also sells platinum that runs around the same price as the iridiums. Myself, i got the ac delco just to keep everything the american muscle way.
