The ultimate TB bypass mod???
Here is my over-engineered, **** retentive TB bypass mod. I had a #6 AN fitting welded to the LS6 coolant line then ran #8 braided hose directly to the radiator. I also cut off the cooling nubs from the Throttle Body and filled the holes with JB weld.. now its like the car never had coolant lines to the TB.. think I will fool the dealer??

Tomorrow I add coolant, PS fluid, oil and bleed the new brakes.. im excited and a little worried that I forgot to tighten something..
Holy ****, Batman!! That looks great!! The mod, too. LOL!
How did you do it? Lots of elbow grease polishing parts, eh?

Yep.. lots of polishing, plating and powder painting.. Here is a pic of the rest of the engine (take a few days ago so less parts on it)

All AC and PS lines converted to teflon lined braided.. all engine brackets smoothed and powder painted.. lots of detail work and a new TR 220 cam and valvetrain.
Cant wait to fire it up and hit the car shows and races!!

I could not take that one to the track. Heck, I'd be afraid to take it out of the garage.
