HOOKER FULL SYSTEM DYNO HAS ANYONE DYNO'D A SET OF LONG TUBES WITH OFF ROAD Y, AND CAT BACK? ALL HOOKER ONLY.
I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE LONG TUBES AND ORY BUT IT IS MATCHED UP TO A LOUD MOUTH. IT HAS TO MAKE MORE POWER CAUSE IT FLOWS (HENCE THE LOUDNESS) BUT THE LOUDNESS ATTRACTS BACON!!! I WANT A MORE CLASSIC V-8 SOUND. LIKE A BIG BLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!!! IF THE HOOKER SYSTEM DYNOS CLOSE OR BETTER, I WOULD BE UP FOR THE CHANGE IN CAT BACKS.
I HAVE AN 00 SS 6M WITH LID, WIRES, BELLO, K&N,4.10, NITTO 275 40S, R ON REAR, L/T'S, ORY, AND POOP MOUTH (SOUNDS LIKE AN IMPORT TO ME) EXHAUST. <img border="0" alt="[chug]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_chug.gif" />

I haven't dynoed my set-up but as far as your poop mouth a dynomax muffler is place of the resonator is some what of a cheap fix. Stay away 2500rpms when you cruise. Any rpms after 2500 sounds good to people but not to me IMO, I'm picky. It resembles the LM w/ cats. I was complemented yesterday when I spanked a couple kids in an oldsmobile muscle car. So, to each his own. I still need a hooker cat-back if I don't want to be kicked out of the track.
