Whats the best throttle body to get for a ls6?

Yeah I would like to get the a throttle body that yields the most hp/tq gains. Which one should I go with for a 03 Z06? Can I use my stock intake manifold with the aftermarket throtle body until I replace my stock one? Thanks.

wrong forum, should be in external. To answer the question, Nick Williams 90mm TB. Not sure if it fits on the stock manifold though.
