I purchased a jeg's drive shaft safety loop that bolts in where the crossbrace goes back by behind the tranny. I was going to install true duals with my long tubes but have been looking at pics at Lane's wheels and discovered that their setups have that brace removed. I really want a dshaft loop as well as true duals. Ground clearance due to a 1" drop as well. Is this still possible or am i going to go one of the other?

Lane, told me that I would need a custom drive shaft loop to be made if I needed one. He told me that it would have to be welded to the torque arm or welded somewhere above the driveshaft. I bought the Lakewood DSL which goes where the tranny crossbrace used to be and Lane couldn't get it to fit on my car with the duals. So if it comes to it, I'll just remove my duals and go with a hooker Y-pipe and Hooker exhaust setup. So your going to have to pick one. I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'll probably get flamed for this but I'm already getting kind of tired of all the attention I get with the duals anyway. Can't even get a race anymore.

Drawing too much attention huh? I am worried about drawing too much attention from the wrong people, ie police. The one night i was running dumped at the cat i got pulled over cause my license plate light was out so im thinking he just wanted an excuse to pull me over since i had a loud car.

But this one looks as though it would work, also.
