Which high flow cats are OBDII certified?

Which high flow cats are OBDII certified?

I know the dynatech's are but I'm trying to explore all of my options. As far as I know, Oxidizr's new ones are not certified even though they flow well and are at a great price. Problem is I need to pass emissions in February, so I need some cats that are at least OBDII certified so I can at least have an option to play dumb if the scenario arises in which I can't pass.

Magnaflow makes OBDII Certified ones. My buddy had them welded into his Mac ORY pipe. He passed our sniffer with flying colours.

But are they low profile bullets like Dynatechs (4" diameter)? The only Magnaflow's I've seen shaped like that are Oxidizr's new ones.

Yep, need to know if the new metallic substrate catalytic converters are certified for OBD2, OBD1 or what? Oxidizr seems to be missing in action. Would be an easy question for him.
